BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Strictly no parties. Loud music must be off by midnight indoors and 10pm outdoors. Garden noise to be kept low after 10pm. A guest list must be provided for each booking and a fire drill is offered. No additional guests allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, there is a smoking area in the garden. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave who break our house rules.
