London Selfcatering Apartments

House Rules

  • No smoking.

  • No parties and no loud music allowed on-site. There is an on-site manager who monitors noise levels across the estate.

  • No pets

  • Apartments are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the last day.

  • Ravensbourne House is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the last day.

  • The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.

  • All linen and towels are provided. Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost, please order before arrival.

  • Bed configurations will be organised where possible. We request guests to send bed configuration when booking accommodation.

Fees & Cancellation

  • Prices for the apartments are subject to change. Price at the date of booking will stand.

  • For bookings made more than two weeks before arrival date, a deposit of 25% of agreed rental is due to secure the booking and should be sent with the online booking form. Submitting the online booking form authorises us to charge your credit card.

  • For bookings made less than two weeks before arrival date, the total amount is due. The agreed security deposit is due with the balance. This is returned after the apartment is checked. Deductions will be made for breakages, damages and for any excessive cleaning.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation must be made in writing two weeks before arrival date. Exceptions may be considered at the manager’s sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any booking for accommodation, and to cancel in the unlikely event of the accommodation becoming unavailable through any event outside of our control, subject to a full refund of any monies paid. Also the option to transfer to another accommodation on the Glenthurston Estate at no extra cost.

Cleaning, Damage & Breakages

  • The property should be left clean and tidy as it was found. Failure to do so will mean an additional cleaning fee is charged.

  • Any breakages or damage should be reported immediately to management.

  • All rubbish and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed and put away before departure.

Indemnity & Liability

The Guest is responsible for their own travel/health insurance. Neither the Owner or Manager shall be held responsible in any way for accidental injury, death or damage/loss to personal effects of the Guest. If, due to circumstances beyond the Owner’s control, such as flood, fire, hurricane or other damage, the Owner is unable to honour this agreement. The Damage Deposit and advanced payments shall be fully refunded provided said damage was not the fault of the Guest. The Guest is responsible for all damages excluding wear and tear, and including those which exceed the deposit amount. In the event of any unresolved dispute between the parties it shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the English Courts only and shall be governed by English Law and interpretation.


Any complaint should be reported to the owners immediately. Where possible the complaint will be dealt with by on-site management.
