This apartment is our largest addition.
It has 4 bedrooms to sleep ten comfortably.
It is on the ground and first floor with own front door leading to a large Victorian hall.
Please note:- There is a large deep fishpond which is currently unfenced.

The piano is not tuned but feel free to use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with double oven, large hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
There is comfortable seating for ten, dining seating for ten, TV and occasional furniture.
New sofas are on order for May.
There is a large private patio with seating.

The 3rd bedroom is upstairs. There are 5 stairs down to the kitchen and lounge.

The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed. There is a wash hand basin.

There is 1 family bathroom, 1 en-suite showeroom and a separate outside WC. |
The main bedroom has twin beds which can zip together, another single and the en-suite shower room..

The 2nd bedroom has twin beds that zip together + another single.
Access to the garden through french doors.
